Warranty Coverage And Duration

The xDrive products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. It is limited to the repair or replacement of defective seat components or materials that prevent normal use as a result of a defect in the material or workmanship.
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

  • Chair Support Pillows - 2 YEAR WARRANTY
  • Metal / Aluminum Feet - 2 YEAR WARRANTY
  • Absorber - 2 YEAR WARRANTY
  • Mechanism – 2 YEAR WARRANTY


All warranties apply only to products purchased from authorized dealers. Invoice for warranty is mandatory.

All warranties are limited to production and material defects that appear under normal indoor use.

Warranties are for repair or replacement only at xDrive's discretion. No refund.

Any misuse, abuse or modification of the original product will void the warranty,xDrive does not guarantee the product's performance when used in any way other than the original xDrive product.

What should I do for warranty service?

If warranty repair is required, you will need to provide a purchase receipt (store receipt or invoice) of the product purchased from xDrive.

for help and instructions, please contact xDrive customer support. XDrive will not accept products shipped without prior approval and invoice.

When the user returns the product for warranty , the product will be repaired within 7 working days and sent again.
